If you are working out in the gym and come across a piece of equipment that you can't operate, always ask for assistance. Remember that if you are not properly set up on the equipment, you can pinch a nerve or pull a muscle.

If you begin to feel tired during your routine, chances are you have overworked. Here's where your wisdom should kick in: Take a rest. Once you return, reduce the amount of weight you're lifting or the number of repetitions in each set. Take it slow and steady. If you continue to feel tired and overworked, see your physician.
