Nice Lots

Because the lats are so large, they tend to be very strong. Because they're so strong, the biceps are usually the weak link in an exercise like a lat pull down or a chin-up. Without a machine like the Nautilus Super Pullover, it's hard to isolate your lats. Unfortunately, this great machine has become a rarity in most gyms. (The Super Pullover was the first machine sold by Nautilus inventor Arthur Jones.) In its absence, the reverse flye is a decent way to prefatigue the muscles of your back, as well as your rear deltoids.

Lat/rear deltoid supersets:

reverse flyes/cable rows or reverse flyes/bent rows
