Nice Delts

The deltoids respond nicely to a superset routine. The muscles are small enough that you don't have to use significant weight, especially when using this technique. As with other supersets, the key is to work as hard as possible on the first set. Done properly, your delts will be well on their way to exhaustion before you even begin the second set.

Deltoid supersets:

lateral raises/military press or lateral raises/shoulder press machine or lateral raise machine/shoulder press machine

Again, the pattern is an isolation exercise followed by a compound movement. Don't plan on hailing a cab, fanning a campfire, or waving to a friend soon after a good deltoid superset—your shoulders should be too tired to raise your arms.
