Leg Press quadriceps

Starting Position: Position yourself on the seal of a leg-press machine, placing your feet about shoulder width apart, toes slightly pointed out on the pressing platform.

Don V put your feet too for apart and point your toes out at a sharp angle. Keep your toes just slightly pointed out, with your feet just about shoulder width apart.

The Exercise: Slowly lower the weight to a point where your quads touch your belly as you inhale deeply. Then press the weight back to the starting position.

Be sure to push from your heels, not your toes, and don't quite lock your knees at the top. This is a great leg exercise, but it is a challenging one.
