Your Logbook

This section contains blank forms that you are authorized to photocopy for your personal use only. These forms make up a critical and indispensable component of Power Factor Training. They provide the means to numerically analyze every exercise and workout and to graph your progress or lack thereof. If you don't use these forms, you will simply overtrain blindly with strong-range partials in place of overtraining blindly with conventional exercises and methods.

The information m your logbook will enable you to determine what techniques work best for you.

THE WORKOUT RECORD FORM

Every time you perform a workout, you will use the Workout Record form. It allows you to record the weight, reps, sets, and time for each exercise, as well as the total time taken for your entire workout. The information on this sheet can be used to tell the whole story of whether your individual exercises
