## Graphs

The graphs arc used to display the information in the Exercise/Workout Performance Forms. By graphing your Power Factor and Power Index, you'll be able to see at a glance the rate of progress you are achieving. Also, plateaus and declines due to overtraining (or improper training) will be impossible to ignore. These graphs will provide all the evidence that you, or any skeptic in the gym, will need to verify your tangible, objectively measured progress.

Note that the Power Factor number is plotted on the left y-axis (vertical axis) and the Power Index number is plotted on the right y-axis. Note also that the Power Index scale is logarithmic.
