I. Press your lips together but do not purse them. It's more of an "I'm resigned to it" kind of a look.Tighten the corners of your mouth into hard knots, as though you were sucking two small lemons toward the back teeth. Do not clench your teeth. Remember to maintain steady, normal breathing as you proceed. Place your index fingers lightly at the corners of your mouth. Keep sucking the corners of your mouth in as you visualize the corners of your mouth turning up into a tiny smile. Now visualize the corners turning down, resembling a tiny frown.Visualize turning the corners slowly up and down.
