Squat And Press Hybrid

Hold the dumbbells at your shoulders either with your hands in a neutral position (palms facing your head) or with the flat ends of the dumbbells resting on your shoulders with your elbows high and in front of your body. Descend into as deep a squat as possible, then forcefully drive upward. Press the dumbbells overhead as you are coming up out of the squat, using the momentum of the squat to assist you in the press.
