Kettlebell Sumo Jump Squat

Hold the kettlebell in front of you at arm's length with feet in the wide sumo-style base. Lower the weight to the floor as you bend your knees and lower your hips with your torso tall. Explode up off the ground and absorb the load all the way back down to repeat for your next repetition.
