Bulgarian Split Jump

Stand with one leg split out in front and the other foot elevated on a bench behind you. Be sure to place the front leg far out in front of your body. Descend into a deep Bulgarian split squat and then explode up, attempting to raise your front knee as high as possible in front of you. Absorb down into a deep squat before performing the next repetition without hesitation. Repeat the repetitions on the other leg.
