Stand Up Drills

Rapid stand up drills develop kinesthetic awareness, coordination, and agility.

Four Point Stand Up - Begin on all fours (hands and knees). Explode to an upright position. Push off your hands, then feet. Add to the difficulty by closing your eyes.

Sitting Stand Up - Begin in a sitting position. Explode into a stand up position as fast as possible. Add to the difficulty by closing your eyes.

Lying Stand Up - Begin in a sitting position. Explode into a stand up position as fast as possible. Add to the difficulty by closing your eyes.
