Turkey and Spinach Burger

Serve this healthy alternative to the McDonald's burger with ratatouille and you have a delicious and yes, nutritious, satisfying meal.

6 ounces no-fat ground 1/8 teaspoon salt turkey breast 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup chopped spinach, Pinch grated nutmeg sauteed and drained

Combine ingredients and form into a burger. Grill or broil burger 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Serving suggestion: Use one tablespoon of *Red Pepper Almond Pesto instead of ketchup to add some zip to your burger.
