Coleslaw Vinaigrette

Make sure to have plenty of this crowd favorite on hand.

2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallion 1 teaspoon caraway seeds 1 cup shredded red and yellow bell peppers

1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
