As you begin the Biggest Loser diet, you'll want to weigh or measure your servings using a scale and measuring cups. If you're eating out and don't have access to a scale and measuring cup, you can take portion control into your own hands—literally. One cup of whole grains, vegetables, or fruit, for example, is about the size of your clenched fist; 1 protein serving is roughly the size of your hand. You won't have to weigh and measure forever. In a few short weeks, you'll be able to eyeball the correct portions. And once your portions slim down, so will your body.
