Balancing Exercises 5 Each

With hands on your hips...

Raise right knee until even with the hips... hold one count

Straighten leg down and to the front... hold one count

While keeping the leg straight, rotate the leg to the side position... hold for one count While keeping the leg straight, continue to rotate the leg until it is behind you... hold for one count

Return foot to starting position Repeat with the opposite leg.
