Actor and TV correspondent Mario Lopez has always been ripped. The former Sa ved by the Bell star and Extra host lays out a seven-week nutritional plan to help you drop up to 14 pounds in 14 days.

Lopez recommends sticking to a specific ratio of daily calories: Half should come from carbs, and a quarter each from protein and fat. "Eating too much of anything starts to complicate things," he tells MF. "It's all about finding a healthy medium." Aim for a good split at each meal, but remember that your daily total matters more than each individual plate. So if you had a salad for lunch, dinner can be heavier on carbs with whole-wheat pasta or brown rice.—»
