"Build an NFL Neck." The program ended after four weeks and I've gotten great results. Is it safe to keep going? How long can I stretch it out?
Continue doing the neck exercises as prescribed, trying to add reps or weight each workout. If you're following the 5/3/1 method we recommended, stick with it. If you're doing your own thing, try increasing or decreasing reps, or switch to similar lifts that train the same basic muscles. Keep getting yoked!
