>When R&B superstar Usher is in the "zone," his mesmerizing energy knows no limits. "I could do a two-hour show, then head to the gym for another hour workout," he says. When not on the road, Usher, who just released his sixth album, Raymond vs. Raymond, trains with Cliff "Hollywood" Boyce in Atlanta. At least three times a week, he hits his core as part of a circuit that includes cardio. Usher also does body-weight exercises and traditional lifting. He also keeps his diet extremely clean. "I'm big on natural juices like wheatgrass," he says. "Having abs isn't just hundreds of situps."
