"l focus on squats, leg presses, and calf raises. But again, I don't like to go heavy, if you tire your legs, you won't be able to run very well, and you're more prone to injury. I use 25-pound weights in each hand for lunges and 45 pounds on each side when squatting. Beach runs make a great leg workout—man, do my hamstrings burn when l do 'em.
