Donna Feldman’s  Success Story

Dear Arnel,
 
    When we first met in September, I told you that I had been working with a personal trainer for several years and I was not happy with the results.  She had me eating too much protein at the expense of other vital nutrients.  Although I Iooked thin and felt pretty good I was shocked to find out after our initial assessment how much bodyfat I had considering how hard I was working.  She had me doing cardio 7 days per week for 45 - 60 minutes and 4-6 days of weight training for 1 hour.  I had muscle but it wasn't cut or defined especially in the abdomin region.
 
    You told me your way of training and nutritional guidance would be different and would make the changes I wanted.  I was a bit skepticalat first with the lowering of time needed to burn fat and the reduction in weight training time.  I liked the nutritional advice right from the beginning because it brought back lots of foods I had given up for a long time.  I am happy to say that your plan worked.  After 18 weeks, I lost 4 pounds that I didn't need to lose, 7% bodyfat that I did need to lose, my clothes got bigger and I got lots of energy throughout the day. 
 
I am looking forward to our next plan of action since I am sure that I will love the results!

Andrea Gratton’s Group Fitness Training Success Story

Arnel Ricafranca brought me to a place within myself that I never thought attainable. I have accomplished a lot in 3 months.  Ive gone from 150 lbs and about 36%body fat to 133 lbs and about 31% body fat.  Everyone comments on how great I look and I think the results are amazing.  Better than I expected at my agehave always had a weak upper body; however, my push up strength has quadruplefrom 5 pushups to 20 pushups in just three months.

What surprised me the most is that I lost a total of 16.5 inches all around in just three months of training with Arnel.  I would highly recommend his services to anyone else striving to get in top shape.  Arnel makes working out fun and challenging for people at every level.

Wayne Gratton’s Group Fitness Training Success Story

I have a back problem and we have been able to successfully work  around it while still focusing on the muscles and areas that need strengthening without damaging my back.  My back does not snap as much as it used to.  I have more than doubled my back strength from60 pounds to 140 pound using the lower back machine.  My leg strength has quadrupled from 55 pounds to at least 200 pounds using the leg press machine. 

In just three months, I have lost 14 lbs of pure fat and a total of 16.5 inches all around. My total body fat percentage went from 36.5 to 31%. Arnel was an invaluable help and cheerleader for me, and without his knowledge and expertise I would not have accomplished what I did.
I look forward to continued training with him and seeing the results in the coming months.  Arnel has 
kept me motivated and pushed me to my limit.

Cindy Pagano’s Private Fitness Training Success Story

I began working with fitness trainer, Arnel Ricafranca, to strengthen my core muscles to alleviate back pain.  I reached my goal within the first 3 months!  To my surprise, I also reduced my body fat percentage from 38.5 to 35.5 and lost a total of 10 inches around my body.  When we began training, I could hardly do a pushup.  Now I can do 10 good pushups and have never felt more energized.  Each week I find myself saying “Wow!  I couldn’t do that before”.

In only 4 months Arnel has helped me regain my health, energy and how I feel about myself.  My body fat was at least 30 percent when I started with him; I am now down to 20 percent and still dropping.

When I started with Arnel I wore size 17w; I am now down to size 8 to 10. I feel great, have an constant incredible energy and overall feel healthy and younger.  I have accomplished my weight loss by training only three times a week and closely following Arnel’s guidance on nutrition.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for my training sessions and your ability to motivate a totally "out of shape" 60 year old person.

Prior to my training sessions, I was taking 500 mg. of Naproxen, twice daily, for pain associated with my degenerated hip and lower back pain.  After completing 12 sessions with you, I switched the prescription Naproxen for over the counter ibuprofen, and I am presently not using any pain relief medication.

I certainly feel better and have a lot more energy, due to my training sessions and I particularly notice that I have lost inches from my waist and chest.
